Yes, there are hundreds of Seaside Heights vacation rentals. There are options from houses to condos and townhouses, all for rent in Seaside Heights NJ. There are a few condos that are directly on the Boardwalk at the north end of town. There are also rentals that are directly across the Boardwalk like ours. The majority of rentals will require a short walk to the beach.
The cost of a rental will vary depending on how big the house or condo is, as well as where it is located. Smaller condos can cost less than $100 a night. Though there are many new houses and condos for rent in Seaside Heights, few are located in a central location 45 seconds from the beach like ours is!
Yes! In 2021 VRBO had about 50 rentals that had access to a pool, including ours! Most rentals with polls are condos and townhouses. Cooling off in a pool after a long day at the beach is a perfect way to end any day.
There are lots of different things to do in Seaside, from walking the boardwalk, to mini golf, a water park and more! Depending what you are looking for, there are family friendly things to do, adult only activities, activities that are water oriented and even more to do if you want to take a short trip out of Seaside.
Yes, you can rent smaller boats and jet ski’s. If you are looking to charter a boat you will need to go a little further away.
There are many different types of restaurants in Seaside Heights, from BBQ, to Italian and Seafood restaurants, this town has it all.
There is plenty of street and lot parking available in Seaside. Parking on the street is $3 per hour for Street End spaces, and $2 per hour throughout the rest of the town’s metered spaces. Street Ends are the paved areas between Ocean Terrace and the boardwalk. You can also find flat rate parking lots throughout town. These lots are run by private individuals and the rate varies from $5 to $30 depending on the time and day of the week.
Yes, parking for those with handicap plates or placard is free in any spot in Seaside Heights. Be sure to clearly display placards on the review mirror or dashboard.

Property was very nice. Liked that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Very close to boardwalk and beach. My grandkids especially liked that feature! Beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. All in all, it was a great time!

The property is just like the photos…people we met at the pool were owners or renters and were soo nice and informative…with 2 toddlers and a baby grandchild the location was soo helpful…our adult children had their own rooms and bathrooms…enjoyed a nighttime boardwalk stroll…everything was wonderful and our family had a great and memory filled time. The owners Venessa and Tim were quick to respond to any questions…the unit is fully stocked…..thank you for letting us rent your condo we had an amazing week!!!!!

Great experience at this Seaside condo! Literally half a block from the beach/boardwalk and such a well-maintained and comfortable unit. Has multiple decks to have a cocktail and take in the sunset after a long day on the beach. Great for kids as well. We stayed with our two young children over Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. Close to rides and even has its own pool in the complex which they loved. Just a great experience and the owner of the unit is extremely accommodating. Would definitely go back!

We just returned yesterday after a week staying there. We had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything looked new! They had everything there we needed like, chairs, badges, and all kitchen needs. The four bedrooms with bathrooms were clean and decorated so beautiful. The roof top balcony was a hit esp at sunset and for the fireworks we had a great view. The elevator even came in handy. I would love to have stayed longer and hopefully will be able to rent this again in the future. I give it 5 stars because there is nothing I would have changed.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had during our vacation. The house is amazing and very comfortable, with beautiful decor all around. We really enjoyed spending days by the pool and beach, as well as walking the boardwalk for fun. We rent almost every year and this is the first time we weren’t home sick. Thank you for getting back to us so quickly with any concerns we had. Again thank you for renting to us and we hope to rent again in the near future.
