There’s something about Seaside Heights that gets into your blood. We’ve owned our vacation rental in Seaside Heights since 2012 — and we rent it to families like yours because we know what a great Shore week feels like.
The Rental
Our home is Unit 18 at Shoreside Village — a private gated community right in the heart of Seaside Heights. Walk out the front gate and the boardwalk is directly across the street. Casino Pier is one block north.
It’s a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhouse spanning five levels, with a private rooftop terrace where you can watch the Wednesday night fireworks without leaving home. The elevator means nobody’s hauling strollers up stairs. The two-car garage means you park once and don’t think about it again all week.
Sleep in real beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses. Two families can take separate floors and have their own space while still spending every day together. That’s a harder combination to find than you’d think.
Most Shore rentals hand you a key and a list of what you need to bring. We do it differently. Pack your clothes and come down.
One for every person in your group, included with every booking. At $13/day each, that’s real money saved.
Plus a street parking tag for a third vehicle. Park once on Saturday and forget about it until you leave.
For every bed — king, queens, and twin. No hauling pillows down from home.
We mean it. Including the spatulas, the Keurig, and 8 stools around the kitchen counter for family dinners.
Beach chairs, toys, a large cooler, and crabbing pots are all in the garage waiting for you.
Central A/C, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi throughout. No check-in desk, no waiting around.
Shoreside Village sits on the corner of Sumner Ave and Ocean Terrace — diagonally across from Spicy Cantina. From our front gate, it’s all walkable.
Seaside Heights has exactly 10 weeks of real summer. We sell out every year, and most guests rebook the same week before they check out.

With mom packing the car so tight, you barely had space to sit? Well, you don’t have to do that with our rental. From linens and pillows to a fully stocked kitchen, all you need to do is pack your clothes and come on down.
With amenities you won’t find in other Seaside Heights rentals, renting from us means you are packing less and relaxing more. Included in the rental: bed linens, blankets, pillows, fully stocked kitchen (with more than one spatula and 8″ fry pan), 8 beach badges as well as a parking tag for one extra parking spot on the street (the garage accommodates two cars) and countless amenities for families with smaller children such as two pack and plays, a stroller, a high chair and more.
Other places will refer you to a concierge service that will charge you extra for these items. Once you get here, simply park your car in our private garage, unpack your bags, relax on the balcony, and take in fantastic ocean and Seaside Heights Boardwalk views.
Where exactly is this spectacularly awesomest of all Seaside Heights house rentals? Located diagonally from Spicy’s Mexican Cantina on the corner of Sumner Ave and Ocean Terrace, our shore house is just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Especially convenient for families with kids who need to run back and forth.
Everything you’d want to know before your trip.

Though there are many new houses and condos for rent in Seaside Heights, few are located in a central location 45 seconds from the beach like ours is!
Yes! In 2026 VRBO had about 189 rentals that had access to a pool, including ours! Most rentals with polls are condos and townhouses. Cooling off in a pool after a long day at the beach is a perfect way to end any day.
