And that is also why we are so happy to share our large family beach house with you. And, just like other things we do in our lives, if we were going to open our home, we were going to do it right. We are proud to offer a really fantastic and family friendly rental, where you are sure to experience a great family beach vacation.
We have owned this townhouse since 2012, when our two boys were just 11 months and a year and a half. We didn’t want to bring all of our kids stuff on every trip and don’t think you should have to either. Renting from us is fun and hassle free. Just pack your clothes and come on down, we promise you will love it.
Each year we thoughtfully think about what we could add or improve upon in the townhouse. One year it was new deck furniture, another year it was adding a king bed. When we come, we want to feel like we are at home, and we want you to also. It is important for us to keep our family beach house clean, fresh and modern. Weather it is a fresh coat of paint, or simply replacing old pots and pans, if we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it’s not in the house.
Sharing our family beach house with you also allows our family to connect with others who share their love of the beach and the ocean. About Me & My Family
My name is Venessa, and I love the beach. I grew up close to the beach in Southern Maine. I discovered the Jersey shore in my early 20’s after finishing my undergraduate degree in marketing at Seton Hall University. The Jersey Shore is such a unique experience and one that I truly cherish.
From the first time I went ‘down the Shore’ I was hooked, and knew one day I had to own a piece of this heaven. I love discovering new things about Seaside Heights and helping you make the most of your vacation. The only thing I love more than writing about Seaside Heights is being there. The beach is my happy place!
I earned my MBA in Marketing (also from Seton Hall) in 2002. Over the years I have worked at various companies including Sony and BMG Music. Possibly as much as I love the beach, I love creating things as an online product manager. I have been fortunate though my career to work in various different capacities including marketing, product management, operations, SEO & technology.
My husband and I have now been married for over 15 years and have two boys in middle school. When we are not in Seaside Heights we live in the most wonderful community of New Providence.

Property was very nice. Liked that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Very close to boardwalk and beach. My grandkids especially liked that feature! Beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. All in all, it was a great time!

The property is just like the photos…people we met at the pool were owners or renters and were soo nice and informative…with 2 toddlers and a baby grandchild the location was soo helpful…our adult children had their own rooms and bathrooms…enjoyed a nighttime boardwalk stroll…everything was wonderful and our family had a great and memory filled time. The owners Venessa and Tim were quick to respond to any questions…the unit is fully stocked…..thank you for letting us rent your condo we had an amazing week!!!!!

Great experience at this Seaside condo! Literally half a block from the beach/boardwalk and such a well-maintained and comfortable unit. Has multiple decks to have a cocktail and take in the sunset after a long day on the beach. Great for kids as well. We stayed with our two young children over Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. Close to rides and even has its own pool in the complex which they loved. Just a great experience and the owner of the unit is extremely accommodating. Would definitely go back!

We just returned yesterday after a week staying there. We had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything looked new! They had everything there we needed like, chairs, badges, and all kitchen needs. The four bedrooms with bathrooms were clean and decorated so beautiful. The roof top balcony was a hit esp at sunset and for the fireworks we had a great view. The elevator even came in handy. I would love to have stayed longer and hopefully will be able to rent this again in the future. I give it 5 stars because there is nothing I would have changed.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had during our vacation. The house is amazing and very comfortable, with beautiful decor all around. We really enjoyed spending days by the pool and beach, as well as walking the boardwalk for fun. We rent almost every year and this is the first time we weren’t home sick. Thank you for getting back to us so quickly with any concerns we had. Again thank you for renting to us and we hope to rent again in the near future.
