Shoreside Village in Seaside Heights NJ can be found in the most prime location in town. Situated directly in the center of Seaside Heights, 21 Blaine Avenue is directly across the street from the Boardwalk, and steps to the beach from there!
Built in 2010, there are 24 townhouses, each with a slightly different flair. Of the 24 units, four have 5 bedrooms, 13 have 4 bedrooms and three have 2 bedrooms.
All townhouses in Shoreside Village feature private garage parking for at least two cars and private balconies. All 4 and 5-bedroom homes also offer private roof terraces. These townhomes are spread across three living levels, enjoy private bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a beach shower in each foyer.
Community Amenities
Located in such a busy area of Seaside Heights, a really nice feature of Shoreside Village is that it is gated. You can enter from the car gate on Blain Ave or through any of the 6 pedestrian gates that surround the complex. Fobs are required to open the gates, so rest assure, no random people will be loitering about!
In the center of the community is the courtyard and pool. The pool is heated in the early summer months, usually May and June. During the peak summer months, the sun hits the pool almost all day, until around 3pm when shade covers the entire pool area.
Shoreside Village Rental Units
One of the best amenities in all the townhomes are the balconies. The townhouses with balconies on the North side of the complex (Blaine Ave) tend to get more shade, particularly in the afternoon. This side of the complex is also the most quiet. Another difference in these homes is the kitchen is in the middle of the main floor, and tend to have upgraded appliances.
The townhouses with balconies on the East side of the complex (Ocean Terrace) have better ocean views from the roof and will be noisier on the balconies than the North side. The layout of these homes is also unique because they are wider in width and shorter in length than the other units in the complex. The kitchens in these units face the pool.
The townhouses with balconies on the South side of the complex (Sumner Ave) tend to be shady in the early morning and have a lot of sun hitting them the rest of the day. These balconies can also get a bit noisy as Sumner Ave is one of the main streets into town. Most of the kitchens in these units have a great view of the pool.
The three townhouses found in the center of Shoreside Village are all two-bedroom units. They have balconies off of the main floor, but will not have roof terraces.

Close To Everything In Seaside Heights
Since Shoreside Village is centrally located, you can walk to anywhere in town. As already mentioned, the beach and boardwalk are steps away. This is especially convenient for trekking beach equipment up to the ocean, and, more importantly, is a quick trip if you forget something or need to make a quick trip to the men’s or ladies room!
Other close attractions include the waterpark and Casino Pier amusements, both two blocks away. Casino Pier offers rides, games arcades, two mini golf courses, go-karts and more. All of the other arcades on the Boardwalk including Lucky Leo’s are also close.
Looking for bars and restaurants? There are many including PJs, Seaside Social House, Breaking Bread, Drifters, Lobster Lounge, Cheessteak Louies, Klees, and more. Again, all are walkable!

Frequently Asked Questions About Shoreside Village
Are Grills Allowed?
Unfortunately, gas, charcoal and propane gills are not allowed. This is due NJ fire codes that prohibit the use of gas grills on combustible balconies and within 10 feet of combustible construction. The layout of our complex does not have enough space to comply with this code.
Where Can I Park My Car?
You can also park on the street West of Central Ave any time of the year for free. There are also many paid lots throughout Seaside.
During off peak months, parking on the street is free.
