Booking directly with us means more money stays in your vacation budget where it belongs. Skip the VRBO or Airbnb middleman and you’ll avoid service fees, credit card surcharges, and booking platform markups that can easily add $1,500–$2,000 or more to the total cost of your week. Same house, same hosts, better price.
We’ve been welcoming families to Unit 18 at Shoreside Village for years, and the vast majority of our guests come back summer after summer. That means available weeks fill up fast — often more than a year in advance. If you’ve been thinking about it, now is the time to reach out.
Booking a Reservation & Payments
A signed contract is required to hold a rental reservation. After a contract has been signed, a $500 security deposit must be received within 48 Hours, or we will release the rental reservation.
One-half of the rental fee is due 90 days before the reservation date. Payment in full is due 60 days before the rental. Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in a cancellation.
We accept checks, Zelle, or Venmo payments.
2026 Pricing & What’s Included
Request to Book Our Seaside Heights Beach House Rental
Weekly Rate (Late June through August): $6,000/week
All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Here’s everything that comes with your rental:
- Bed linens for all beds (king, queens, and twin)
- 8 beach badges — no waiting in line to buy them
- Private garage parking for 2 cars + 1 street parking tag
- Access to the Shoreside Village heated pool and gated courtyard
- Custom bar and Drink Works cocktail machine with complimentary pods
- Pack-and-plays and fold-away cots available for families with young children
- Beach towels included
- Bath towels available for an optional add-on fee of $125 (includes 3 large bath towels, hand towel, face cloth, and bath mat for each of the 4 bathrooms)
Additional fees to know about:
- 3% NJ local sales tax (required by law)
- Cleaning fee: $350
- Bath towel rental: $125 (optional)

One important note: we do not allow dogs of any size in the unit. We’re sorry — we know they’re family too! Please plan accordingly.
How the Booking Process Works
We keep it simple and personal — no app required.
- Send us a message using the form below. Tell us the dates you’re interested in and a little about your group.
- We’ll confirm availability and send over a rental contract for your review.
- Sign the contract and submit a $500 security deposit within 48 hours to hold your week. (Unsigned contracts with no deposit cannot be held.)
- First payment: Half of the rental fee is due 90 days before your arrival date.
- Final payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Missed payments will result in cancellation.
We accept: Personal checks, Zelle, and Venmo.

Unit 18 has amenities you won’t find in most Seaside Heights rentals. The kitchen layout is genuinely one-of-a-kind within Shoreside Village — open, well-equipped, and designed for actually cooking together rather than just reheating takeout. The living area is comfortable and inviting, and the rooftop terrace is the kind of space that becomes the highlight of every trip, especially on Wednesday nights when the town lights up with fireworks.
For families traveling with little ones, we’ve put real thought into making things easier: pack-and-plays, fold-away cots, beach towels, and all the linens you need so you can pack light and still feel at home.
FAQs About Our Seaside Heights Beach House Rental
Is Smoking Allowed?
No — smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including indoors, on the balconies, and on the rooftop terrace. Violating this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your full rental fee and security deposit. We appreciate your understanding, and we promise you’ll still have a fantastic week.
Guests are also required to follow all Shoreside HOA policies which include keeping noise at a level that is not a nuisance to others. The HOA does fine for excessive noise levels. Seaside Heights quite hours start at 11pm. If you are issued a fine it will result in an immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental and security deposit. Don’t worry, we promise you will still have plenty of fun in our Seaside Heights beach house rental.
Do you rent to prom groups?
We don’t rent to prom groups or groups where all guests are under 30 years of age. Shoreside Village is a family-oriented community, and Unit 18 is a family home — not a party house. This policy keeps the experience great for everyone in the complex.

Are linens included with the rental?
Yes — bed linens are provided for all beds in the unit: the king, all four queens, and the twin. If you’d like bath towels provided as well, add the optional towel package for $125. That includes 3 large bath towels, a hand towel, a face cloth, and bath mats for all 4 bathrooms.
What’s The Parking Situation?
The private garage fits 2 cars, and your rental also includes one street parking tag that lets you use metered spots throughout Seaside Heights without paying the meter. If your group has more than 3 vehicles, paid overnight lots are available throughout town — just let the attendant know you need overnight parking when you pull in.
There are also free, unmetered spots on streets closer to the bay (look for curbs without painted numbers). Between the garage, the tag, and the surrounding streets, parking is very manageable.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
As early as possible. Most of our summer weeks are reserved by returning guests in the fall or winter before the season. If you have a specific week in mind — especially July 4th, a holiday weekend, or peak August — don’t wait until spring to reach out.
What Are The House Rules Around Noise?
Shoreside Village is a family community with a Homeowners Association that takes noise seriously. Quiet hours in Seaside Heights begin at 11 p.m. HOA fines for excessive noise are passed directly to the renter and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental and security deposit. That said — this is the Jersey Shore. You’ll have more fun than you know what to do with, all within those boundaries. We’ve never had a problem.
