Our Seaside Heights house rental is a notch above the rest. We take great pride in our beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom luxury beach house. Our vacation rental is 5 levels top to bottom and is the second townhome in on the Sumer Avenue side of Shoreside Village. Shoreside Village is a private gated community in the heart of Seaside Heights. Walk out our front door and exit the complex via a gate right in front of our unit. From there, the ocean and boardwalk is right across the street. the location doesn’t get any better than this!
No other rental in town is as child friendly as we are. With retractable baby gates on all stairs and other amenities like a stroller and pack and plays, you will be amazed at how little you will need to bring with you.

1st Floor of Our Vacation Home
The 1st floor is the entry level. On this level you will find a private two car garage. The garage will fit a couple of moderate sized cars or SUVs. In the garage we have beach chairs for your use as well as crab pots, beach toys and more. Walk out the garage and you are steps from the Shoreside Village pool. Also on the entry level is a foyer with full sized washer and dryer. This level as well as all the other levels are serviced by an elevator comfortable for about two people at a time. For wheelchairs, the elevator is 33″ x 33″.
2nd Floor of Our Seaside Heights House Rental
When you walk up to the second level of our seaside heights house rental, you will be on the main living level. To your right will be sliding doors that lead to a balcony with ocean and boardwalk views. Straight ahead will be a table with seating for eight. Directly to the left will be a small reading area and the where you will find the beach badges.
As you walk onto the floor the living room area is in the center of the level with a 65″ HDTV. Past the living room and to your left is a half bath. The kitchen is at the far end of the floor and has a direct view to the pool. Newly renovated, the kitchen has tons of cabinet space and stainless steal appliances. 8 stools sit around the large countertop. This easily will be the nightly gathering spot for everyone in your family!
3rd Floor Bedrooms of Our Beach Rental In Seaside Heights
As you walk up to the next level, that we like to call Kahuna Key, you will find two of our 4 bedrooms. As you turn left the bedroom in front of you will be the smaller of the two rooms. This room has a balcony that has great ocean views. When you are not enjoying the view you can relax in one of the two beds in the room. A queen for the parents and a twin for one of the kids. The room is still big enough to have a pack and play or toddler bed as well. With a LCD TV and it’s own bathroom, you will love this room.
To the left of the smaller bedroom is the master on the 3rd floor. This room is very large and spacious and also has it’s own bathroom. Facing the pool, this room offers two queen beds and plenty of room for the two twin fold away beds tucked in the closet. Hang out on the couch and watch TV or simply relax!
Both rooms also have alarm clocks featuring white noise.
4th Floor Bedrooms of Our Seaside Heights House Rental
The 4th floor, also known as Anchors Way is where you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. A similar layout to the 3rd floor, the bedroom in the front of the beach rental has a queen bed and spectacular ocean view. This room has a glider and enough room for a pack and play, the bassinette or the toddler bed we have in the unit. Like the other rooms this one has an LCD TV as well as it’s own bathroom.
The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and the largest bathroom. The vanity has gorgeous granite as well as double sinks. There is also a full tub and plenty of space to spread out all your toiletries! Back in the bedroom take in the view of the pool or hang out on the couch and watch the 55″ LCD TV. This room is also plenty big enough to add any of the extra sleeping options we have in the unit.
Pool and Roof
As one of the tallest Seaside Heights House rentals, you can go all the way to to the 5th floor! Here you will find a private roof top deck. With views of the bay and partial views of the ocean, sitting up on this private roof terrace all the sounds of Seaside will fade away. Every Wednesday enjoy the fireworks from the best spot in town! Hang out at our patio table or on our comfy couch or chairs.
Shared by all members of the community, the pool is usually open 9am to 7pm every day. When the pool is open you can relax and hang out on a lounge chair or at one of the tables!

Property was very nice. Liked that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Very close to boardwalk and beach. My grandkids especially liked that feature! Beds were very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. All in all, it was a great time!

The property is just like the photos…people we met at the pool were owners or renters and were soo nice and informative…with 2 toddlers and a baby grandchild the location was soo helpful…our adult children had their own rooms and bathrooms…enjoyed a nighttime boardwalk stroll…everything was wonderful and our family had a great and memory filled time. The owners Venessa and Tim were quick to respond to any questions…the unit is fully stocked…..thank you for letting us rent your condo we had an amazing week!!!!!

Great experience at this Seaside condo! Literally half a block from the beach/boardwalk and such a well-maintained and comfortable unit. Has multiple decks to have a cocktail and take in the sunset after a long day on the beach. Great for kids as well. We stayed with our two young children over Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. Close to rides and even has its own pool in the complex which they loved. Just a great experience and the owner of the unit is extremely accommodating. Would definitely go back!

We just returned yesterday after a week staying there. We had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Everything looked new! They had everything there we needed like, chairs, badges, and all kitchen needs. The four bedrooms with bathrooms were clean and decorated so beautiful. The roof top balcony was a hit esp at sunset and for the fireworks we had a great view. The elevator even came in handy. I would love to have stayed longer and hopefully will be able to rent this again in the future. I give it 5 stars because there is nothing I would have changed.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time we had during our vacation. The house is amazing and very comfortable, with beautiful decor all around. We really enjoyed spending days by the pool and beach, as well as walking the boardwalk for fun. We rent almost every year and this is the first time we weren’t home sick. Thank you for getting back to us so quickly with any concerns we had. Again thank you for renting to us and we hope to rent again in the near future.
